How much does it cost to subscribe to the e-total Chinese Learning Kit?
It costs a one-off payment of SIN$128 nett (Singapore Dollars One Hundred and Twenty-Eight Only).

What is the duration of the subscription?
Each subscription will allow you access to the Chinese Language course for a period of 12 months, commencing from the date your account is activated.

How soon is my subscription account activated upon registration?
Once we received your registration, we will

 process payment

 activate your account within three working days (please allow extra time for Singapore public holidays.)

 send you User ID and Password within three working days from receipt of payment.

How often can I log on to the e-learning website?
Your subscription allows you seven successful accesses per day. The duration of each access is unlimited. Do not log off during short intervals, so your accesses will not be cut back for the day.

How much time should I spend on the e-Total Chinese Learning Kit?
We recommend:

 Minimum of two hours per week so you can complete total of 50 lessons in 52 weeks.

 For better results, devote two sessions of two hours each per week so you can complete two rounds of the 50 lessons in the course of the 52 weeks.

Will there be a refund if I am unable to complete the full course in 12 months?
No, the limited period of 12 months should act as a motivation for consistent hard work. Remember: self-discipline will bring positive results.

What if I am unable to complete the course?
The Total Chinese Learning Kit is also available. The kit allows you long-term unlimited access to Lin Shan's courses. It contains the following components:

User Account and Password

Can I change my password for the e-Total Chinese Learning Kit?
Yes, you can. After you logged in to your account with your password, click on "Change Password", and then follow the given instructions.

What should I do if I forget my password?
Don't worry. Click on "Forget Password" from the homepage and then type in your username in the given box and click on "Submit". We will send you the new password to your email address.

Can I change my User ID?
No. Each new User ID will be treated as a new account.

Can I access the e-Total Chinese Learning Course anywhere?
Yes! As long as you have Internet access, you can access the course anywhere. All you need to do is log on through the learning site. It's that simple!
